We work with our customers to determine if their potential farm site is feasible for their project. Touring your facility and writing a site feasibility report will help our team determine the next steps.

Farm Design & Equipment Evaluation
We work with our customers to develop their initial farm plan / design based on the building/location they’ve selected. Once the building or location has been chosen, we then evaluate the technology/technologies that will work best for your farm, your team, and your grow cycles.

Equipment Selection & Procurement
We work with our ecosystem of tech and equipment providers to select and procure the equipment and help build out your installation plan.

Farm Financial Modeling
Using an internal financial model, we work with our customers to develop financial models based on the capacity of the farm, keeping in mind their revenue goals and their target markets.

Project Management
We work as project managers/ owners representatives for customers, and we work with the engineering / general constructors to ensure the project is executed correctly, on-time, and on budget.

We work with our customers to develop a comprehensive food safety plan based on GAP / GAAP standards.
